Francine Jordi really put Swiss schlager music on the map. And we are proud to have covered this cute and astoundingly talented girl from Worb, Switzerland since way back in 2011.
She is quintessentially attractive and really personally endearing.
She has produced 15 big selling albums, and is generally considered the biggest Swiss schlager star of our era.
Our CSMR correspondent from Canada, Marcel, who is a huge Francine Jordi fan, recently apprised us that she recently underwent treatment for cancer.
But in 2019, she bounced back and seems to be as cute and bouncy as ever (although we preferred her rather long blond hair, but WTH!)
She is a truly a great and a really fun Swiss-Germanic schlager music singer, and we are happy to have been one of her long-time journalistic fans on this side of the ocean.
